Job summary

Hansei Solutions seeks a Payment Posting Manager to lead a dedicated team responsible for accurate and timely posting and reconciliation of ERAs, EOBs, and cash deposits across multiple states. You will drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance within a remote-first environment.

Expected to oversee workflow, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Finance and other departments to optimize the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of revenue cycle experience with direct oversight of large-scale payment posting operations.
• Five (5) years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with direct oversight of large-scale payment posting operations.
• Two (2) years of related experience in a leadership role.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day posting operations for a payment posting team.
• Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of ERAs, EOBs, and cash deposits.
• Implement and test HIPAA EDI 835 regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance to keep deposits posted and accounts balanced.
• Develop, revise, and document posting processes and policies.
• Lead End of Month Closing activities for stakeholders and clients.
