Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Cash Receivable Supervisor for a remote nationwide role based in the United States. You will lead daily cash posting, reconciliation, and payment processing while coaching staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.

You will supervise a team, ensure compliance with policies, analyze payer documentation, and drive continuous process improvements in the revenue cycle environment. This role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare cash posting, payment processing, reconciliation, or related revenue cycle operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory, team leadership, or demonstrated experience overseeing staff, workflows, productivity, and operational performance preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare cash posting processes, including insurance and patient payments, ERA, EOB, and reconciliation procedures.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and other government payer reimbursement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes, insurance billing practices, contractual adjustments, and payer adjudication processes.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, train, and develop employees while maintaining accountability for productivity, quality, and performance expectations.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, identifying operational trends, resolving discrepancies, and implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills with the ability to investigate complex payment posting and reconciliation issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and monitor operational performance.
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR), patient accounting systems, and healthcare revenue cycle management applications.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, effectively manage workloads, and meet operational deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, leadership, clients, and other departments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, make operational decisions, and elevate issues appropriately.

• Experience working with CAHs, Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), and rural healthcare organizations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily cash posting, payment processing, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Supervise cash posting staff; coach, train, and evaluate performance.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround times; address gaps.
• Ensure timely posting of payments, adjustments, and denials.
• Oversee daily reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Review EOBs and RAs to ensure accurate posting.
• Resolve unapplied cash, unidentified payments, and posting errors.
• Coordinate with payers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify payer reimbursement trends and report findings to management.
• Develop and maintain standard workflows and internal controls.
• Provide ongoing staff training and cross-training.
• Conduct routine QA reviews and audits.
• Prepare operational reports and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Patient Financial Services leadership to improve workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of client systems and payer requirements.
• Ensure exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Assist with staffing, workload distribution, and performance evaluations.
• Perform cash posting and reconciliation as needed.
• Oversee ERA/EFT enrollment and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with banks and vendors to resolve deposit issues.
• Manage vendor/clearinghouse relationships.
