Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to support California operations by analyzing and improving front-end revenue cycle performance. You will work with clinical and revenue cycle leaders on eligibility, authorization, and billing readiness to drive operational excellence.

The role involves developing procedures, dashboards, and KPIs, presenting findings to leadership, and delivering payer-focused training. Remote/hybrid work with travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
• Experience interpreting Medi-Cal/Medi-Medi and payer rules.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Experience with EHR and billing platforms such as IRIS or Avatar.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tool proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows and billing readiness across programs.
• Interpret Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payers and eligibility requirements.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures and controls.
• Identify risks, coordinate actions with leadership, and monitor improvements.
• Review billing errors and trends to find root causes.
• Monitor corrective action plans to improve claim readiness and reduce denials.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Deliver training on payer requirements and billing readiness.
