Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to support California Operations by analyzing and improving front-end revenue cycle performance across multiple programs. This role serves as a subject matter expert in eligibility verification, payer requirements, authorization management, financial clearance, and billing readiness processes.

Working closely with operational, clinical, and revenue cycle leadership, the Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst identifies opportunities for process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/admin or related field and related experience.
• Minimum three years in revenue cycle, billing operations, or analytics.
• Experience with Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows and billing readiness.
• Interpret Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, and payer requirements.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures and controls.
• Identify risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Create KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Deliver training on payer requirements and eligibility processes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle teams.
• Support audits and contract compliance.
