You will lead initiatives for financial performance, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop training resources while contributing to month-end activities in a nationally remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experienced in billing, collections, and accounts receivable management.
• Comfortable interpreting financial data and reports.
• Knowledge of healthcare or human services finance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain billing and collection procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
• Minimize claim denials and reimbursement delays.
• Review patterns and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable activity.
• Maintain aged receivable reports and follow-ups.
• Research outstanding receivables and coordinate collection efforts.
• Track KPIs and support performance improvements.
• Support month-end reconciliation activities.
