Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system or consulting experience preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a multi-facility, integrated health care delivery system or consulting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of accounting systems and insurance issues, healthcare industry issues and trends, and related guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Owns client facing meetings, including agendas, issues logs and supporting materials.
• Manages team metrics, including productivity, quality measures and SLAs.
• Collaborates with Shared Services to onboard new clients, staff assignments and solutions.
• Aligns staff to the appropriate shift to cover client expectations.
• Reviews and approves all employee time, including time-off and overtime.
• Creates and maintains unit budget and utilization KPIs, monitoring within Workday.
