Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to optimize front‑end revenue cycle performance in California with hybrid work options. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert on eligibility verification, payer requirements, and financial clearance, collaborating with clinical and leadership teams.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, process improvements, and training on billing readiness standards across multiple programs. Strong Excel and EHR experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Minimum three years of revenue cycle or related analytical experience.
• Experience interpreting Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer and eligibility requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with EHR and billing platforms such as IRIS, Avatar, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows across programs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Interpret payer requirements (Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial) for operational guidance.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Prioritize issues and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
• Review billing errors and trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Monitor corrective action plans to improve claim readiness and reduce denials.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports.
• Analyze data to forecast risks and support performance initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Deliver training on payer requirements, eligibility processes, and billing readiness.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Public Health, or related field
