Neocol is seeking a Functional Solution Architect to lead requirements gathering, design and deployment for Revenue Cloud transformations. You will drive complex solution designs, mentor analysts, and steer client engagements from discovery through adoption, with a focus on scalable CPQ and revenue models.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners, while managing scope, risks and timelines. This is a fully remote role with travel as needed.

Formación

• 6+ years in the Quote to Cash sphere with experience across pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, billing, or renewals.
• 6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience as a lead business analyst or architect, including CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
• Experience running discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and writing user stories in business terms.
• Salesforce Administrator and CPQ/Revenue Cloud certifications or substantial hands-on CPQ experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, platform limits, and hands-on configuration (Flows).
• Familiar with Jira, Slack, Google Suite, and Lucidchart; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions to understand revenue processes, pricing models and billing needs.
• Translate requirements into process maps, user stories, and solution proposals across Revenue Cloud.
• Lead business analysis and solution design for one to two client engagements.
• Define project scope and manage scope creep while prioritizing backlogs with the PM and PO.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with architects, developers, and configurators to ensure fit.
• Guide customers toward scalable solutions and ensure adoption of new revenue systems.
