Sedgwick in Los Angeles is seeking a Return-to-Work Representative to coordinate and monitor RTW for claimants while aligning with disability guidelines. You will liaise with employers, treatment providers and claimants to determine work restrictions and facilitate accommodations.

You'll document all interactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with case management staff to transition smoothly from medical management to job placement.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years related experience including RTW or job accommodation experience or claims management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Determine objective, quantifiable, medically supported work restrictions for assigned claims.
• Facilitate RTW and accommodation efforts; document and report as per standards.
• Contact employers to gather information on training, physical demands, wages, benefits, etc.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and coordinate with team for transitions between medical management and job placement.
• Perform other duties related to accommodation/RTW evaluation as needed.
