Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a Retrofit Program Analyst to support the MQ-4C Triton retrofit efforts at Patuxent River, MD. The role involves coordinating retrofit activities across multiple IPTs, planning schedules, and ensuring timely software/hardware updates for UAs, GSEs, and SEs.

The ideal candidate has a MA/MS degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree required; substitutions allowed per policy.
• 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders (OPNAV, SP-C, RCCTO, Congressional PSM, etc.).
• Develop and implement Acquisition Strategy and Contracting Strategy.
• Structure SOW and CLINs; assist transitions to ACAT-I or Software Acquisition Pathways.
• Mentor CSS analysts and junior personnel on program management and acquisition matters.
• Attend contract meetings and financial reviews; provide input as required.
• Participate in Level II and III reviews; offer constructive feedback.
• Conduct management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Ensure adherence to government processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
