Job summary

Five Star Solutions seeks motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote role. This fast-paced, customer-focused environment requires strong communication and a professional, empathetic approach.

You will handle calls, emails, and online inquiries, document cases in Salesforce, and collaborate with teams while maintaining confidentiality. Paid training is provided, and the schedule includes a 6:00am–6:00pm MST window, Monday

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.
• 1 year of customer service, call center or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling billing and account information with confidentiality.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and documents.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; able to work independently or in a team.
• Must be able to work cross-training on other accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and voicemails with professionalism and accuracy.
• Resolve client issues regarding retirement programs and payments.
• Respond to inquiries about benefits in a fast-paced service center.
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Use Amplify, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office to manage inquiries.
• Document all cases thoroughly in Salesforce case management.
• Create Salesforce tickets for requests like copies and 1099-Rs.
• Assist with filing, record maintenance and imaging as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Provide back-up support for participants and account holders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
