Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries in a remote, 40-hour workweek environment. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, using Salesforce, Excel and Word to handle inquiries and document cases with accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
At least 1 year of customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.
Comfortable handling billing and account information with confidentiality.
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and document interactions accurately.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and accurate answers.
Resolve inquiries about retirement benefit programs and procedures.
Address benefit payment questions in a fast-paced service center environment.
Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed.
Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary and create Salesforce tickets for requests.
Document all cases thoroughly in Salesforce case management.
Utilize Amplify, Salesforce, Word, Excel and other applications to manage inquiries.
Provide back-up support for participants and contribute to continuous process improvement.
