Hold virtual consultations, explain retirement income options, and build personalized plans that fit clients' goals and budgets, with CRM-supported workflows and ongoing client reviews.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license required or willingness to obtain one with support.
• Sales or finance experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Hold virtual consultations by phone and video to learn about each client's retirement timeline, savings, and concerns.
• Explain retirement income options such as annuities, life insurance, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) strategies in plain language.
• Build personalized recommendations that match each client's goals and budget.
• Support clients through applications and follow-ups so every step feels simple and stress-free.
• Keep accurate notes in our CRM and stay in touch with clients through regular reviews and referrals.
