Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC is seeking motivated individuals to guide clients toward secure retirement outcomes. This fully remote role offers the freedom to set your own hours and a clear path for advancement, supported by structured training and licensing guidance.

You will hold virtual consultations to assess retirement timelines, explain options like annuities and life insurance, and build personalized plans. Proactive follow-ups and CRM notes ensure ongoing client support and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Life & Health license or be willing to obtain one with company support.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Self-discipline and time management for remote work.
• Sales or finance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold virtual consultations by phone and video to learn about each client's retirement timeline, savings, and concerns.
• Explain retirement income options such as annuities, life insurance, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) strategies in plain language.
• Build personalized recommendations that match each client's goals and budget.
• Support clients through applications and follow-ups so every step feels simple and stress-free.
• Keep accurate notes in our CRM and stay in touch with clients through regular reviews and referrals.
