Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Life & Health license with our support.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Hold virtual consultations by phone or video to discuss retirement timelines, savings, and concerns.
• Explain retirement income options (annuities, life insurance, IUL) in clear terms.
• Build personalized recommendations aligned with client goals and budget.
• Support clients through applications and follow-ups for a smooth process.
• Keep accurate CRM notes and maintain client relationships through reviews and referrals.
