Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a Retirement Planner within the TEMPA team to educate workplace retirement plan participants on plan benefits, investments, and savings strategies. You will guide participants through employer plans, highlight matching contributions, and help improve retirement readiness.

You will conduct needs-based conversations, coordinate with TEMPA colleagues for complex cases, and strengthen client relationships while advancing Fidelity’s retirement education mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in investment sales or financial planning.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required; Series 65/66 within 90 days; Series 7 and 66 preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends.
• Excellent consultative, influencing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support workplace retirement plan participants on plan benefits and investment strategies.
• Guide participants through employer-sponsored plans and explain employer matching contributions.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify goals and opportunities for retirement asset consolidation.
• Collaborate with TEMPA team to address complex planning needs and enhance participant outcomes.
