Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Retirement Planner to educate and support workplace retirement plan participants in the TEMPA team. You will guide participants through employer-sponsored plans, explain benefits and investment strategies, and help them make informed retirement decisions.

The role requires 2+ years in investment sales or financial planning and FINRA licenses as noted; you will collaborate with the TEMPA team to improve participant outcomes and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment sales or financial planning.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; 7 and 63 required with ability to obtain Series 65/66 within 90 days.

Responsibilities
