Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment sales, financial planning, or a related advisory role.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; Series 7 and 63 required, with the ability to obtain the Series 65 or 66 within 90 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, economic conditions, and industry trends.
• Excellent consultative, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive client engagement.
• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to identifying client needs and opportunities.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Openness to coaching, performance feedback, and adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.
• Ability to effectively leverage planning tools and resources to help participants assess and improve their retirement readiness.
• Proven ability to conduct needs-based conversations, identify appropriate solutions, and support asset acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Strong ability to articulate Fidelity's approach and vision to provide general investment education to clients.
