DWC - The 401(k) Experts is seeking a seasoned Sales Consultant with deep knowledge of retirement plan administration and a proven track record of building strong relationships with financial advisors and wholesalers.

This role is not just about selling—it’s about educating, consulting, and strategically guiding our partners to success, delivering presentations, webinars, and consultations to support advisor sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retirement plan sales or related financial services
• Strong understanding of plan design, compliance testing, 5500 reporting
• Established network of financial advisors and wholesalers within your territory
• Ability to clearly articulate complex retirement plan concepts to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable navigating consultative sales cycles and positioning value beyond price
• Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders in your territory
• Act as a technical resource to educate partners on retirement plan design, compliance testing, and government reporting
• Deliver presentations, webinars, and consultations to support advisor sales efforts and deepen understanding of TPA services
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized retirement plan solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth within the assigned territory
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in retirement plan administration
