Job summary

Compass Retirement Consulting Group is seeking a Relationship Manager in Stratham, NH. You will serve as the main daily contact for clients, gather census data, explain testing results, and conduct annual plan reviews.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, completing government form filings, and coordinating with auditors. Remote or hybrid work options are available with a salary range of $65,000–$80,000 base plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in the retirement plan industry.
• Experience with Datair, Pension Pro and other retirement plan software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main daily contact for clients and gather census and plan data.
• Explain testing results and plan provisions to clients clearly.
• Ensure forms (5500, 5330, 5558) are filed accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with auditors and DOL/IRS as needed.
• Manage client communications and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Assist with amendments and project launches in Pension Pro.
