Job summary

Manulife John Hancock is seeking a Relationship Manager to advocate for customers and lead strategic relationships with advisors, plan sponsors and the JH team. This work-from-home role covers Oklahoma, Arkansas, West Tennessee, Mississippi and Louisiana, with a book of business focused on $15M–$50M AUM.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar experience in life insurance and retirement plans.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63; or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge of retirement plan products, industry landscape and competitive trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with advisors, TPAs, plan sponsors and the JH team.
• Position the organization as a retirement plan leader within the region and deliver creative solutions.
• Drive plan retention and profitable growth while ensuring high-quality service and ongoing account reviews.
