Job summary

Pentegra Retirement Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to service Enhanced 3(16), Comprehensive 3(16), and Institutional 3(16) clients remotely in the United States. You will maintain relationships with ~100 clients, review compliance testing, and assist with Form 5500 filings and audits.

The role demands confidentiality, teamwork, and strong communication. Prior retirement administration experience and a QKA designation are preferred, with remote-work readiness essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Defined Contribution retirement compliance and service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in Account Manager or similar role in retirement administration.
• QKA designation required or willingness to attain.
• Excellent client relationship, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, superior client service and issue resolution to clients and advisors.
• Maintain client relationships with high retention.
• Interpret plan documents and communicate improvements to clients and partners.
• Review ERISA, IRS & DOL regulations for qualified plans.
• Support plans' 5500 filings and audits with Bundled Recordkeeper.
• Oversee recordkeeper tasks for ~100 Comprehensive clients.
• Assist with training and development of new team members.
