Job summary

Strongpoint Partners, a remote-ready retirement services platform, seeks a Loans and Distribution specialist with 2–3 years’ experience managing loans and distributions in retirement plans. You’ll ensure accurate processing, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to participants and recordkeepers.

This fully remote role prefers candidates in Central or Eastern time zones. Salary ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retirement plan document experience.
• Experience in a high-volume processing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process distributions and loans accurately and timely.
• Assist participants by navigating vendors' websites and running reports.
• Respond to calls and emails from recordkeepers and clients.
• Maintain reports, data entry, and documentation review.
• Keep PensionPro, FT William, ERISApedia current.
• Collaborate with multiple recordkeepers to ensure compliance.
