Qualifications

• Experience navigating multiple computer applications and remote work tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds accurately to questions related to plans, benefits, and retirement processes via phone.
• Liaises with other departments to provide information to members and retirees.
• Conducts research and follow-up phone calls as necessary.
• Assists customers with online access to MyVRS and troubleshooting.
• Prepares customer communications using various mediums.
• Performs other duties and participates in special projects.
• Participates in cross-hierarchal teams to improve services.
• Other duties may be assigned.
