Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retain voluntary disconnects by engaging customers and uncovering pain points.
• Position and resell new solutions to fit current and future needs.
• Promote advanced Breezeline technologies to enhance customer experience.
• Handle escalations to resolve issues and preserve relationships.
• Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to migrate customers to new offers.
