Qualifications

• CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Retain voluntary disconnects by engaging customers and understanding current needs.
• Position Breezeline products to fit future needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Promote advanced services to enhance the customer experience and value.
• Handle customer escalations to preserve relationships and satisfaction.
• Respond to inbound/outbound inquiries to convert legacy offers to new ones.
