Job summary

Intepros is seeking a Retail Merchandising Operations Coordinator to support planogram resets across 300+ grocery stores. You will organize stores into geographic batches, coordinate schedules with a third-party vendor, and manage staffing and communications while developing reporting decks to track progress.

The role requires 2–3+ years in grocery/retail merchandising, strong Excel skills, and solid organizational abilities to ensure accurate reporting and execution across locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in grocery, convenience retail, merchandising, or CPG.
• Understanding of merchandising concepts, planograms, and store resets.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and email.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and manage multiple tasks with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Organize 300+ stores into geographic batches to support planogram reset scheduling.
• Coordinate reset schedules and timelines with a third-party merchandising vendor.
• Determine staffing needs for each batch and coordinate vendor deployment.
• Manage communications with internal stakeholders and vendor to keep activities on schedule.
• Build and maintain Excel reports and PowerPoint decks to communicate plans and progress.
• Track store reset activity and verify details for accurate reporting and execution.
• Support merchandising coordination for new store setups and remodels.
