Job summary

Acadia is a modern media and growth agency helping brands scale with retail media. We are seeking a Retail Media Specialist to optimize campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, and more.

You’ll develop PPC strategies, implement best-in-class approaches, and stay current with new paid search features. You will own reporting, communicate results to clients, and work with a dynamic team to fuel growth for Acadia’s client brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns on major platforms (Amazon/Google/Bing).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex advertising campaigns across multiple retail platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align strategies.
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns weekly.
• Provide client-facing reporting and insights to drive growth.
