Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Retail Construction Program Manager for a 12+ month contract in San Diego, CA (Remote). You will lead the rollout of multiple TurboTax retail locations, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and adherence to brand standards.

Strong vendor and project controls experience are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating with Design, Real Estate, Finance and Operations, and driving post-opening activities while managing concurrent projects and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Construction scheduling and budgeting experience.

• Experience with retail store rollouts and vendor management.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction rollout of new retail locations and oversee multiple projects via external vendors.
• Act as internal owner of construction delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget completion per designs and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Real Estate, Finance, Operations and vendor teams; manage schedules, PO's, change orders, and post-opening activities.
• Drive multiple concurrent projects to successful completion with strong stakeholder communication.
