Job summary

PuroClean of Bluffdale is seeking an experienced Restoration Project Director to oversee property damage projects from post-mitigation through full reconstruction completion. This role requires disciplined leadership, proactive communication, and strong budget control, driving both field teams and subcontractors to timely, high-quality outcomes.

The position is fully remote aside from a weekly in-person production meeting, offering a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 per year and profit-sharing

Qualifications

• The Restoration Project Director serves as the operational and financial owner of each file after emergency services are complete.
• Must be proactive, organized, and confident in leading field teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and budget control skills.

Responsibilities

• Mitigation Oversight: manage homeowner introduction, set expectations, approve scope changes, and ensure documentation completeness.
• Reconstruction: confirm homeowner intent, explain scope and timelines, and manage submissions and supplements.
• Execution: create work orders, manage budgets, assign subcontractors, and maintain schedules with quality control inspections.
• Financial Management: track costs, collect deposits, manage progress payments, and secure final payment.
• Closeout & Carrier: send final photos, confirm completion, and close files after payment.
• KPIs: gross margin, cycle time, budget variance, supplement capture, client satisfaction, documentation accuracy.
• Core Competencies: operational oversight, financial accountability, structured communication, leadership, insurance literacy.
