TPG is seeking a Responsible Investing Research Assistant for a remote internship to support academic and industry research on social impact across the firm’s global investment portfolio.

You will contribute to fast-paced teams conducting research, deal work, and engagement with portfolio companies on responsible investing topics, including climate, sustainability, and human capital management, while gaining exposure to SASB/GRI frameworks and advanced Excel and PowerPoint use.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a relevant program and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience or interest in responsible investing, climate/sustainability, or related field.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to conduct and synthesize market research; comfortable with AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support academic and industry research on social impact across the portfolio.
• Prepare thought leadership and analysis of responsible investing and sustainability factors.
• Engage with portfolio companies on topics such as human capital management, climate, and EHS.
• Assist fast-paced deal work and research in a collaborator environment.
