• Provide information and assistance to caregivers
• Support and coordinate training for respite program volunteers
• Oversee respite sites in the region
• Manage cases for persons 60+
• Conduct outreach to organizations and caregivers
• Promote the NYSCRC respite voucher program
• Gather and maintain data and reports for State Respite deliverables
