Job summary

CohnReznick is hiring a Resource Management, Senior Specialist (Assurance) to lead workforce planning and utilization for a designated service line or geography. You will monitor staffing needs, approve requests, and align talent with business priorities.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills, plus a solid command of Excel and PowerPoint. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required as projects and client work demand.

Qualifications

• 4-year undergrad degree in Business Management/Administration or 4-year undergrad degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of Tax or Assurance resource management or workforce planning experience.
• Ability to translate plans to assign business units and leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, pivot tables, macros, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor utilization levels for a designated service line or geography.
• Approve resource requests, PTO, and CPE in RM technology tool.
• Understand specialization requirements and geographic considerations.
• Deliver monthly staffing metrics and improve visibility of unallocated resources.
• Ensure labor workforce is planned according to SLAs and operational needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
