Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a program leader to drive the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program across a nationwide portfolio. You will define strategy, track KPIs, and report results to executive leadership while coordinating with multiple departments and external partners.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure projects stay on time and within budget, and support onboarding, training, and vendor performance to enhance resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or related industry preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel within assigned markets and regions.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio, aligning with goals and performance targets.
• Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency, adoption, satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Define, track, and report program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement data-driven enhancements.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, with accountability and performance development.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and vendors to deliver initiatives.
