Enterprise Mobility is hiring fully remote Work From Home Agents to join the Support Services Reservations Sales Team. You will book reservations, deliver excellent service, and maximize revenue through proven sales strategies while working from a quiet home office.

The role emphasizes clear communication, customer satisfaction, and growth opportunities, with an initial 4-week virtual training and a start pay of $18/hour. National scope across three brands; standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Residence in NV or other listed states.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in a competitive sales environment with measurable metrics.
• Minimum 2 years of consecutive work with one employer.
• Permanent home workspace free of distractions.
• Able to attend virtual mandatory 4-week training and pre-training session.
• Understand the stated schedule policy for full-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle 80–100 incoming back-to-back calls daily to book reservations.
• Receive and apply feedback to improve call quality.
• Guide conversations with sales techniques to convert calls to reservations.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet metrics.
• Adhere to a fixed full-time schedule with breaks and lunches.
