Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring full-time Work From Home Agents to join our Support Services Reservations Sales Team. You will be the voice of our brand, helping customers book reservations while delivering exceptional service and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies.

Starting pay is $18/hour with four weeks of paid virtual training, and schedules are 40 hours per week with shifts between 7 AM–10 PM CST.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside in one of the supported US states.
• Must have at least one year of sales experience.
• Must have experience in a competitive sales environment with measurable metrics or goals.
• Must have a minimum of two years of consecutive work experience with one employer.
• Permanent residence with a dedicated home workspace free of major distractions.
• Willingness to attend mandatory virtual training and the network login day.
• Understand and accept the full-time schedule policy (40 hours/week, 7 AM–10 PM CST).

Responsibilities

• Handle 80–100 incoming calls daily to book reservations across three brands.
• Receive and apply feedback from managers to improve call quality.
• Apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet monthly targets.
• Adhere to the full-time schedule with breaks and lunches.
