Job summary

Cove Communities is seeking a part-time remote Contact Center Specialist to support RV and rental reservations, Cove home sales leads, and escalated service issues. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, cross-train across three departments, and use RMS, Salesforce, and Service Cloud to enter inquiries and bookings.

The CCS will provide information on resorts, answer questions about amenities and policies, and upsell where appropriate while maintaining a professional,

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and guests.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of computerized reservations systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, and online chat to provide information on Cove’s MH and RV communities and support reservations and purchases.
• Input incoming home sales leads to Salesforce and assign to the appropriate sales associate.
• Troubleshoot frequent customer service complaints and route to proper manager/department; enter complaints into Service Cloud for tracking.
• Acknowledge and answer common questions; cross-sell resorts by referencing FAQs, RMS, Salesforce, and Manage America.
• Ensure action is taken to answer questions and assist with reserving the best available RV site; communicate guest requirements to teams.
