Job summary

The American Society of Hematology (ASH) is seeking a Manager, Research Studies to lead day-to-day planning and execution of multiple studies within the ASH Research Collaborative. You will work with investigators, sites, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to scope, budgets, timelines, and data requirements.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will manage IRB submissions, consent processes, and study documentation while maintaining regulatory compliance and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years managing clinical/observational health studies.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, data sharing, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of assigned studies from planning to closeout.
• Translate study concepts into actionable plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress against protocol, budgets, and timelines; flag risks.
• Facilitate meetings; document decisions and actions; ensure follow-through.
• Manage multiple studies and shifting priorities in a collaborative environment.
