Job summary

Bovitz Inc. is a fully remote market research and strategy firm based in the United States. The Research Director will lead a small team, craft data-driven stories, and partner with Account Managers to deliver actionable client insights.

You will oversee both qualitative and quantitative studies, mentor staff, and drive process improvements across engagements. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, client mentorship, and delivering high-quality reports while maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred in related fields.
• 7–10 years of marketing research experience (supplier side preferred).
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research processes and analysis.
• Experience advising clients and executives on strategic insights.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and managing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SPSS.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2–4 and mentor junior staff.
• Manage team resourcing and development roadmaps.
• Lead multiple research engagements (qual & quant).
• Oversee project stages from kickoff to report delivery.
• Act as a thought partner to clients with actionable insights.
• Support MD & AMs in business development efforts.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and quality.
