Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant post-award experience for Advanced Professional
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor on sponsored project administration and interpret sponsor requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits, reviews, and investigations; track findings through remediation
- Lead post-award closeout advisory and risk mitigation activities
- Monitor financial and compliance indicators, including labor and payroll
- Prepare accurate financial and compliance reports and conduct account reconciliations
- Develop and deliver training for post-award administrators and stakeholders
- Identify systemic risks and recommend standardized internal controls and processes
