ElevenLabs is seeking a Research Engineer to join the research team focused on the data infrastructure powering our frontier AI models. You will own systems enabling world‑class data for training state‑of‑the‑art models, building large‑scale data pipelines and tooling for scalable experimentation.

Qualifications

• Experience building data-intensive systems for ML pipelines.
• Strong skills in distributed data processing at scale (Kubernetes or custom pipelines).
• Ability to evaluate how data quality, composition, and curation affect model outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build large-scale data pipelines for collecting, processing, filtering, and transforming datasets used to train models.
• Train models used in data processing pipelines, such as classifiers and labeling models.
• Design data curation strategies to improve model performance and reliability.
• Create tooling and infrastructure enabling researchers to explore and train on massive datasets quickly and reliably.
