• Identifies external funding opportunities and manages internal funding applications.
• Leads or co-leads complex grant proposals with strategic feedback to improve competitiveness.
• Represents RD in networking events and facilitates activities.
• Contributes to RD metrics tracking and process improvements.
• Supports competitive intelligence gathering for funding opportunities and RD initiatives.
• Oversees an RD portfolio and may supervise direct reports.
