Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program.
  • Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Ability to perform position tasks generally in person at an Emory University location.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, coordinate, and plan operational facets of the program and related activities
  • Establish long-term operational objectives
  • Research factors that may impact program success
  • Work with individuals or groups to research and document program requirements
  • Develop work plans and monitor progress toward program goals and objectives
  • Conduct research and gather information for publications
  • Develop promotional materials for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants, and other program information
  • Assist with program-related conferences, conventions, and meetings
  • Monitor expenditures and participate in budget planning
  • Prepare financial, operational, and statistical reports
  • Assist with identifying funding resources and developing fundraising strategies
  • Conduct training and represent the program at meetings and conferences
  • Network with affiliated groups
  • May supervise assigned project staff, interns, and/or volunteers
  • Perform related responsibilities as required
