Job summary

Boston Medical Center’s CHEER center seeks a Research Assistant II to support CHAMPS, coordinate meetings, collect data, and develop training materials for staff and community programs. The role involves collaboration with clinical experts, vendors, and research staff, plus scheduling, data entry, and event coordination.

The successful candidate will assist with hospital coaching, literature reviews, and reporting while supporting national program activities and compliance with research ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 1–2 years of research experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Experience recruiting subjects and understanding research ethics and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of CHAMPS’ integrated maternity care team initiative.
• Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, take minutes.
• Collect and manage data.
• Develop training materials and set up staff and community trainings.
• Conduct literature reviews.
• Prepare reports, presentations and manuscripts for publication.
