Job summary

Boston Medical Center’s CHEER program seeks a Research Assistant II to support the CHAMPS maternity care initiative within the Department of Pediatrics. The role involves coordinating meetings, data collection, and developing training materials.

You will work with clinical subject matter experts, vendors, and research staff to advance evidence-based practices, conduct literature reviews, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required; master's preferred.
• 1–2 years of research experience required.
• Knowledge of public health and maternal child health is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of CHAMPS’ integrated maternity care team initiative.
• Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, take minutes.
• Collect and manage data.
• Develop training materials and set up staff and community trainings.
• Prepare reports, presentations and manuscripts for publication.
