Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day research operations from kickoff through delivery
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and vendor coordination
- Assist with research design including questionnaires and guides
- Assist with analysis planning and KPI definitions
- Coordinate qualitative recruiting and online communities
- Review data tabulations and deliverables for accuracy
- Create reports with clear visuals and insights
