Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define future-state solutions.
• Analyze business workflows and how automated systems can implement them.
• Document decisions, action items, and next steps for requirements gathering.
• Prioritize requirements into mandatory and desired buckets.
• Translate requirements into user stories and tasks for estimation, development, and testing.
• Lead scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos.
