Job summary

NTT Data is seeking a Reporting BA to join our team remotely from Charlotte, North Carolina. You will gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx, working closely with BI Developers and Data Engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of BA/Reporting Analyst experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting reporting requirements.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize reporting requirements.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Create BRD, user stories, and process flows.
• Partner with BI Developers and Data Engineers to deliver solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Perform data preparation and transformation with Alteryx.
• Validate data accuracy and test reports.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analytics activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
