Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring a Renovation Sales Specialist to drive renovation projects across the New York Territory, coordinating with local teams and customers to deliver on-time, quality results.

The role requires at least 3 years in renovation or project-driven sales, a proven sales record, and strong collaboration with operations and sales partners. Remote work with regular travel in the NY area is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in renovation, construction, or project-driven sales environments.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets within a defined territory.
• Strong execution focus, with ability to manage accounts, projects, and customer relationships.
• Effective collaboration with project managers, operations, and sales partners.
• Solid business acumen, including forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.

Responsabilidades

• Execute renovation strategy focused on Multifamily, Hospitality, Senior Living and Student Housing.
• Manage and grow target accounts & accounts based in territory.
• Align and collaborate with other Renovation Sales Specialists, Senior Sales Managers, Territory Managers and National Accounts to qualify and execute on renovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Manager team to ensure successful project execution.
• Time management: up to date Calendar, responsible T&E use, pricing review, report submission, bid follow up.
• New customer acquisition and relationship management.
