Ferguson is seeking a Renovation Sales Specialist for the New York Territory to drive project execution and grow key accounts. This remote role requires close collaboration with regional teams and travel within the New York market to meet with customers and advance renovation initiatives.

The role emphasizes managing multifamily, hospitality, senior living, and student housing projects, with a focus on territory growth, forecasting, and strong customer relationships.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in renovation, construction, or project-driven sales environments.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets within a defined territory.
• Strong execution focus with ability to manage accounts, projects, and customer relationships.
• Effective collaboration with project managers, operations, and sales partners.

Responsabilidades

• Execute renovation strategy focused on Multifamily, Hospitality, Senior Living and Student Housing.
• Manage and grow target accounts within the territory.
• Collaborate with other Renovation Sales Specialists, Senior Sales Managers, Territory Managers and National Accounts.
• Coordinate with Project Manager team to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain up-to-date calendar, travel and expenses, pricing reviews, and bid follow ups.
• Attend a minimum of 15 face-to-face meetings per week with customers; travel may be required.
